About the Role
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Master Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling.- Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing the Workday solution.- Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.- Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and 3rd party/custom solutions.- Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.- Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.- Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.

About You
Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of functional experience with Payroll Absence, Time Tracking and/or Scheduling software solutions or systems.- Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.-
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required- It is essential to be bilingual in Spanish and English
Other Qualifications- Passion for customer service.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.- Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
