The Full Suite-Genesis Data Quality Intermediate Analyst will be part of Data Management Operations team under EO&T organization and key responsibilities are as follows:
**Responsibilities**:
- Reinforce strong adherence to the standard operational, risk and control processes as it relates to GENESIS Data Quality Operating Model
- Identify and recommend areas for standardization or improvement in systems and processes.
- Day to day management of change requests, including to scope, plan, manage and deliver UAT test activities.
- Review GENESIS Data Quality exceptions during month-end cycle and investigate root cause of new exceptions
- Identify tactical remediation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders within limited timeframe to meet monthly KPI
- Propose appropriate strategic solution and liaise with relevant groups to eliminate GENESIS data quality exceptions in the medium to long-term period
- Follow through the delivery of strategic solution through proactive involvement and regular coordination with strategic solution owners, e.g.
FRSS Implementation teams, IMR (Issue Management Resolution) owners, etc.
- Manage and address data quality queries/issues on GENESIS production data through timely feedback to data users
- Conduct second-level investigation on medium to complex data quality queries/issues on GENESIS production data and propose resolution path (both tactical and strategic)
- Escalate timely to appropriate resolver groups, e.g.
technology teams, if data investigation requires expertise outside of the team, and follow through accordingly
**Requirements**:
- English level advance
- Bachelor university degree in progress
- 1+ year of experience in project management and system implementations
- Previous experience in large financial services, consulting, shared services' operations related or similar industry
- MS Office skills: (High Excel), Access, Project, Visio, Power Point, Word.
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Proactiveness
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet assigned deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Agile leadership
- Knowledge of Citi's Finance and Risk systems including GENESIS, Full Suite, Product Processors, General Ledgers or Reporting Ledgers
- Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-starter, quick learner, customer-focused with ability to independently manage work, drive multiple deliverables and follow up through until resolution.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of various parts of a project/initiative.
**Desirable**:
- Knowledge Power Query, Knime and Tableau, among others.
- Knowledge of research methods, statistical or data analytics
- Knowledge of bank product/s (Deposits, Loans, Securities, Derivatives, etc.)
- Knowledge of Citi's financial and regulatory reporting processes and organization
- Experience in Change Process, DQ Implications, DQ Cost/Benefit Analysis
