Job Description Summary As a Financial Analyst I role, you will help support the Health team's goals and contributing to continued revenue growth.
You will be involve working with the local FP&A team to identify new opportunities and collaborating with local, regional, and global finance teams to implement sustainable processes.
Additionally, you will focus on applying new systems following the Digital Finance strategy.
You will report to the Finance Supervisor.
Main Responsibilities Support basic monthly reporting processes using Hyperion and Oracle applications.
Prepare monthly management reports and support ad hoc requests for revenue/cost analysis and reporting.
Promote basic standardization and create efficiencies across financial analysis and reporting models using different methods (RPA, quick fixes, Lean Six Sigma, Tableau among others).
Support basic monthly tasks (entry level) end processes for the corresponding team.
Follow service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.
Create desktop procedure documents for routine processes.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience completed or in progress.
Advanced English level.
1+ years progressive experience in finance or similar business partnering role Experience working in an offshore shared service center as an ideal.
Experience running financial reporting/revenue reports.
Experience working/managing high volume of data.
Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques.
