**You will**:
- Be in charge of client presentations, directly working with other groups such as Creative, Business, and Technology.
- Code reviewing, mentoring, and enforce coding guidelines and best practices for more Junior teammates.
- Help coordinate the team's technical communication with other groups such as Creative, Business, and Management.
- When acting as the technical leader, own the technical architecture and design of the web solution and oversee the front-end development activities.
- Gather new user and business requirements, maps them to appropriate technical solutions, and estimates the associated development tasks.
- Ensure that all peers maintain concise and clear documentation for the projects as dictated by each Capability's guidelines and best practices.
- Own software release activities, including but not limited to reviewing code changes, client demos, QA hand-offs, and presenting solutions and justifications for tasks.
- Debug or troubleshoot complex or critical issues that junior positions cannot handle and provide root cause analysis.
- Establish project scaffolding and associated automation tools for the project.
- Create training programs for technologies within fields of expertise.
- Actively participate in Capability activities and initiatives.
- Setup regular one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, career development, and status reporting.
**You have**:
- Advanced English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation)
- At least 5 years of experience working exclusively with Front-End technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery).
- In depth knowledge with Cross-browser and Responsive development.
- Work experience configuring, using, and troubleshooting tools such as process automation & scripting (eg. Webpack or Gulp) and pre-processing tools (eg. SASS, LESS).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven track record as a technical team leader, communication, teamwork, and leadership. (Managing teams of up to 4 people)
- Can configure automation tools such as Webpack or Gulp and include common project tasks such as pre-processing, minification, code obfuscation, etc.
- Knowledge of design patterns (e.g., model-view-controller, observer, object-oriented, etc.) and working with several mainstream libraries and frameworks.
- Capable of designing and choosing a quality assurance process for the project including guidelines for unit tests, load testing, and performance testing.
- Capable of writing code compliant with modern accessibility (eg. ARIA, WCAG, Microformats, ADA, RDF) and SEO guidelines and best practices.
- Capable of working with new technologies and building proof-of-concept prototypes.
- Capable of troubleshooting, debugging, and doing root cause analysis of web platform issues.
- Plus: Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience working with other disciplines to deliver websites.
