Your Role and Responsibilities
- Designing and developing user interface solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Customizing and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems and data sources to meet business requirements.
- Implementing personalization and segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and client marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles, user-centered design principles, usability and accessibility, and frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design mockups into functional UI components.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification).
- Workflow tool experience (Jira, Workfront, Aprimo, etc.)
