Front-End Developer, IBM Corporation, San Jose, CA (Up to 20% telecommuting permitted): Develop products as a service for the company's public cloud. Provide the enhancements to products along with developing entirely new components specific to data movement in the front end such as link cards, custom transform functions and underlying software infrastructure. Leverage knowledge on internal proprietary software to research and develop the next generation service of DataStage. Maintain high quality code by writing and executing extensive unit test cases and automated test cases to ensure that all of them pass. Capture the results of the testing in the repository system as text and visual documentations. Deliver code and work as a unit based on the requirements from various stakeholders. Adapt and deliver the appropriate code for each of the defined release. Participate in daily scrums, provide status and receive directions daily to and from the scrum master/manager. Work with design architects to understand design and contribute back to design based on experience. Discuss the individual flows that comprise the whole feature with team members, provide feedback and raise needs. Collaborate within the team submitting code reviews to peers, understand the review comments and address them as appropriate. Utilize: Angular.JS, ReactJS Framework, JavaScript, NodeJS, Java, Hypertext Markup Language, Cloud application and deployment, Data integration.
