Job Description**
Your Career**
Palo Alto Networks is growing fast, and we are looking for a seasoned Front-end developer who will play a pivotal role in taking our website to the next level.
The role requires somebody who will take initiative, is detail-oriented, and can handle a multi-threaded, fast-moving marketing environment.
**Your Impact**
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual user interfaces that will produce visual elements of the web pages
- Work with the UI/UX designers and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Create responsive marketing landing pages and microsites, for multi-language deployment
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Performance optimization, accessibility, and usability
- Collaborate with back-end developers, web designers and QA team
- Adherence to On-Page SEO principles
- Implement best practices in front-end architecture
Qualifications**
Your Experience**
- A degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of web front end development experience in an enterprise environment
- Profound knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery
- Expert proficiency in UI layouts, SASS, LESS, Bootstrap, and the CSS GRID system
- Ability to take visual UX designs (PSD files, figma and Zeplin designs) and convert them into semantic and standard compliant web properties
- Build cross-browser and cross-device compatible pages according to W3C standards
Capable of rapidly generating UI prototypes and constructively integrating feedback
- Solid experience in using a complex REST API from the client-side
