Front Desk & Reservations Manager

- Oversee daily front desk and reservations ' operations
- Ensure prompt response to the reservations requests
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
- Handle guests' inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Mantain accurate records of room availability and reservations
- Train and mentor desk staff to uphold hotel standards
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures

Strong leadership and interpesonal skills
Familiarity with Opera software and other systems
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Previous experience in hotel management, reservations and front desk operations

If you are enthusiastic about creating memorable guest experiences and have the leadership skills to manage a successful team
