The Canada Call Center Representative provides service to consumers/members on their credit files by updating accounts, creating investigations, providing adequate solutions to their problems, providing information to pull their credit report, providing and selling the credit score and other similar products, also assist and educate the consumers about the policies, procedures, and information reported on the Equifax credit file and give the appropriate follow up to the member's investigations.
**What you'll do**
- Manage sales over the phone and educate clients on their commercial credit files.
- Handle requests and answer general questions.
- Share resolution details with clients and the team. Provide feedback to the manager on the required process and program changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
**What experience you need**
- English B2 and French B2 or superior.
- Typing at least 25 wpm.
- High School diploma
**What could set you apart**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Contact Center/Customer Service/ Shared Service Center
- Sales Experience.
- Knowledge in AS400.
