CyraCom, a leading language services provider, is looking for a bilingual part time **Free Trade Zone Compliance Specialist** to join our Finance team and help us achieve and maintain PROCOMER compliance at our HCR center. We are searching for a highly motivated individual with knowledge of the free trade zone, customs processes and PROCOMER requirements.

**What you'll do**:

- Partner with our local vendors (GCI and LexinCorp) to ensure PROCOMER compliance.
- Partner with US Finance team, local Center Manager and IT staff to create an atmosphere of compliance that is ready to host visits from PROCOMER, Customs or Ministry of Foreign Trade without advanced notice.
- Design and maintain formal processes to ensure compliance.
- Oversee asset movement from once it is procured until it is installed in the center.Communicate each step of asset movement (Purchase, import, place in service, disposal, etc) to US Finance team to ensure financial records remain current. If imported, this would include working with the customs agency to ensure all documentation is in order. Examples: Identify and log all DUAs and maintain Operations Log.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Registry
- Ensure new assets are properly tagged and added to the log including all relevant and required information.
- Work with local IT staff when assets are moved to ensure the registry is always current.
- Perform regular audits of the center assets to ensure items are not being moved.
- Oversee asset disposals, including D110 form, payments made at bank, and ensuring assets are removed from premises in a timely manner.
- Occasional audit of UltraPark II assets, and partner with corresponding members of UltraPark II to keep registries aligned.
- Maintain a list of vendor contracts for all third-party assets onsite.

**Who you are**:

- Have a B.A. or other 4-year degree, preferably with a business major or equivalent industry experience.
- An in-depth understanding of the free trade zone and PROCOMER requirements.
- Understanding of the customs/import process.
- Possess and be willing to use digital signature on CyraCom's behalf.
- A background and understanding of Accounting / Financial reporting would be helpful.
- Experience with Excel and SharePoint
- Attention to detail and process orientated.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)

**Physical Demands**:

- Requires sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Extensive use of a computer and repetitive hand movements in the performance of duties.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of material weighing up to 50lbs may be required.
- Be comfortable climbing a ladder or crawling under desks to check asset information.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 30 per week
