The main responsibility of the _Franchise Operations Manager_ for Panama region is to execute our point of sales strategy and guarantee our product availability to achieve brand value and brand love objectives for the portfolio.
In this position, you will guarantee the year plan implementation following the agreed terms, while making the necessary adjustments to improve business results.
This is an Individual Contributor role, who will interact constantly with senior leaders within company and be the focal point for the country´s business plan.
**What You'll Do for Us**
- Execute point of sale and availability strategy by channel, brand, and regions, in close collaboration with the bottler and leveraging LATAM network organization to achieve availability goals defined in the Rules of Engagement.
- Execute affordable strategies including OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, and Channel) analysis, price-packaging strategy, price promotions, bundle promotions.
- Track performance and provide early input and feedback to Business Plan.
Ensure country is delivering on all business objectives.
- Develop Operations department capabilities by providing performance coaching and feedback to all associates within the department.
- Build a trusted value-based relationship with bottling partners, acting as a liaison between The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) and the bottler in Panamá.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related
- Master's in business administration, Marketing, or proven experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in trade marketing, marketing and/or sales in FMCG companies.
- Strong background in Finance and Marketing
- Proven track record at managing multiple projects in a cross-functional team environment.
