This position will play an important role in the creation of a regional FP&A team that supports Experian's North America business units. The primary objective will be creating additional capacity for the North America business units by effectively and efficiently transitioning finance responsibilities from US-based teams to a Hub Team in Costa Rica, as well as overseeing day to day deliverables of people that reports into this role. Responsible for end to end development and management of the work transition process as well as business partnering and reporting out to various finance teams concurrently. Owning training tracking, capacity planning, and creation of business case to continue creating position in Costa Rica.

In addition to the transition lead role, this position will be accountable for overseeing the day to day of several business units and lead the individual contributors that supports the difference financial business units that belongs to this segment.

This position will provide opportunities to be exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced, high-performing business like Health, EMS (Experian Marketing Services) and EDQ (Experian Data Quality). As well as work closely across all finance teams in North America leading the work transition across the region. This is a great opportunity to create partnership across different levels at the organization and contribute to the entire Costa Rica team growth.
- Effectively partner with Financial Team Leaders across North America business units' teams to set plans for work transition and create business cases to backfill position in Costa Rica.
- Redesign and maintain all status reporting across multiple projects while ensuring escalation of risks including resourcing constraints, delays, etc. while ensuring all transition status reporting deliverables are met in an accurate and timely manner.
- Manage all inputs into transition status reporting and play an important role in aligning with each business unit on transition activities and timelines.
- Lead teams of 3-6 individuals supporting various business units across all aspects of the P&L. Overseeing day to day of their deliverables. Set right KPIs to measure accomplishment.
- Leading/Owning month end, forecast and reporting activities for the assigned Business unit.
- Develop proper governance and controls to ensure all deliverables are met accurately and timely and any issues are escalated appropriately
- Consistently develop team members in existing and newly transitioned responsibilities with a focus on strong business partnering, cross training and process improvement.
- Lead projects to continuously improve team output and level of service by utilizing lean and robotics process automation (RPA) methodologies.
- Institute an effective documentation program to ensure creation and maintenance of desktop procedures including upstream and downstream impacts.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English level.
