**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct management activities for a mid-size team such as training, evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
- Conduct analysis of Citi's/Citi's competitors' financial performance
- Generate flash results/highlights of analytics for Board of Directors' reports and Executive Management reports
- Participate in Quarterly Competitor Reviews, Quarterly Annotated Supplement, and Quarterly Investment Reports
- Develop and coordinate performance reporting/processes; reviews results against plans monthly
- Oversee the estimation of risk capital and incorporate results into management reports and decision processes
- Provide advice to internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and firm/business unit strategy
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Ability to manage teams.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated presentation skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong analytical support working with local FP&A teams, US and Mumbai partners
- Lead the Retail team in Costa Rica conducting management activities such as setting goals, evaluations, hiring, coaching and helping team members development
- Participation in time critical activities for FP&A teams (Quarterly Outlook, QMMF, Annual Budget)
- Coordinate among the team the different processes related to forward looking such as Outlook, Plan and QMMF, including managing deliverables, system loads and reconciliation files. Support during Functional cycles is also required when needed.
- Support directly Retail Bank FP&A Lead in US by coordinating and executing multiple ad-hocs related to the different forward-looking processes.
- Work closely with QMMF team to ensure targets and processes are aligned.
- Drive standardization of processes and lead the different automation projects the team is managing related to Knime and Tableau
- Collaborate with Risk & Control to ensure FP&A CR complies with local and global policies to mitigate risks
