It isn't a question.The FP&A Senior Analyst will be responsible for the following activities:Key Responsibilities- Partner the in-market Finance Teams in the development of market forecasts.- Strong understanding of actual/ historical performance, external environment and able bring this into planning and forecasting considerations.- Prepare monthly reports, variance analysis, risk and opportunities for management to review and drive business performance/gap closing initiatives and be the single point of contact for management reporting for that market.- Preparation of management reports for Core Commercial Cycle/S&OP processes such as the DRM (Demand Review Meeting) decks and performance reviews such as the MPR (Monthly Performance Reviews) decks to support decision making.- Prepare ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance teams or the Finance Director e.g. trend analysis for a product type- Responsible for the support of robustness and accuracy of the market forecasts and plansWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineer, or similar careers.- 3+ years of experience in planning, forecasting, P&L and variations analysis.- English level: advanced.- Intermediate Portuguese level prefered- Microsoft Office KnowledgeDiversity, Equity and InclusionAt Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
