Fp&A Delivery Lead

Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA, MBA or CFA, a plus)-
- English, oral and written knowledge at fluid level is necessary.-
- Experience with Workday is necessary.Strong communication skills including senior stakeholder management and/or client management-
- Knowledge of the capital markets industry will be considered a plus.-

**Responsibilities**:
- Builds and loads for non-compensation and non-operating expense budgets and forecasts-
- Monthly and quarterly reporting P&L and/or expense presentations.-
- Global headcount reporting (by-location, by-line of business, by-division, etc.
)-
- Responsible for expense builds related to company-wide legal entity budgeting and forecasting.-
- Support divisional and consolidated expense actual/budget/forecast variance analysis during the monthly/quarterly close process.-
- Develop new reporting or analysis to provide insightful information to business and finance management.-
- Recommend improvements/enhancements to current processes and reporting.-
- Participate in special projects as assigned by Finance management.
