**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineer or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience
- Understanding of Banking & Finance products and markets is preferable but not essential
- Basic financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
- Keen interest in business and economic environment
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Intermediate MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- VBA, Power BI and Tableau knowledge is a plus

- Ability to challenge status quo, and identify opportunities to reengineer/streamline processes
**JOB RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Develop operational and analytical support working with FP&A teams in CR, US and Mumbai
- Interaction with product teams (CARDS, Retail, Mortgage) to collect information and explanations needed for the USPB consolidated view.
- Create reports for consolidation of US Personal Baking views (Internal vs External Disclosures)
- Participate in Core FP&A Activities (Monthly, Quarterly estimates, Plan, Earnings Release Materials, CCAR )
- Supports updating and adjusting USPB main source of information for all financials
- Contribute to develop materials for Management review decks (LFO, CEO) and provides explanations in comparison to other forecasts and scenarios
- Work on Ad-hoc requests and projects based on the business necessity.
- Support standardization of activities and streamline processes.
- Comply with Risk & Control policies and requirements
- Ensure there is a strong culture of high integrity, ethics and meritocracy
