**Responsibilities**:
- Develop analytical support working with focus on expenses working with ICG O&T FP&A LATAM Regional team and their business partners, as well as strong interaction with LATAM Regional ICG FP&A Team.
- Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area
- Makes judgments and recommendations based on the analysis and domain knowledge
- Applies specialized domain knowledge in analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data
- Integrates disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with developing understanding of related industry practices
- Researches and interprets factual information.
Identifies inconsistencies in data or results
- Work on Ad-hoc requests based on the business necessity.
Specific activities include:
- Contribute in the analysis of key management review decks for Regions & Products o Participation in time critical activities for FP&A teams
- Support monthly and quarterly analytical insights.
Focus will be addressing ad hoc strategic issues that are complementary to regular Planning and Analysis processes
- Development of materials for review with Business
- Participation in forward looking activities including annual budgeting and monthly estimate process
- Support standardization of activities including the identification of productivity and efficiency
**Qualifications**:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in accounting and/or finance
- Demonstrated knowledge of financial, analytical skills, and reporting tools
- Understanding of Banking & Finance products and markets is preferable but not essential- Power BI, Power Query, Tableau and any other Data visualization experience is a plus.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail oriented and proactive
- Ability to collaborate within a team
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor with minimum supervision
- Ability to challenge status quo, and identify opportunities to reengineer/streamline processes
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders across businesses and geographies
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to work in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
