As a Forecast & Analytics Industry Insights Manager, you will support the Latam Markets understanding, based on multiple external sources of information integrated into a networked regional perspective to drive business growth.
In this position, you will oversee known and unknown market trends and macroeconomic impact happening cross countries and connecting them together, that may become opportunities or barriers for the business plans to come to live. Internally, you will seek to nurture with such regional market insights to Latin America organization for Top-to-Top conversations with Bottling Groups.

**What You'll Do for Us**
- Communicate with other functions and particularly with Franchise Strategic Integration/ Finance Insights/Marketing and Technical to synthetize market trends into actionable regional business opportunities including innovation
- You will perform analysis of beverage industry to understand its structure, the main players strategies and what consumer and social-economic trends drive the industry dynamics. The work includes the creation and update of comprehensive models decomposing the industry financials and estimating the future evolution.
- You will participate in the long-range plan process wiring the organization connecting category ambitions with market reality to plan a financial forecast and opportunity mapping for the OU and deliver together with the Local Market Insights & Analysis Area the strategic insights required to localize the global "Where to Play" strategies for the Long-Range Plan.
- You will participate in the annual strategic business planning process, collaborating in the creation of the Strategy white papers and presentations for the senior leadership and deliver to corporate.
- You will develop an in-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry trends and The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) strategy and performance through reading industry news, reports, market research studies and analyzing multiple internal data sources.
- You work will require continuous interaction with stakeholders in several locations. Your day-to-day will imply a continuous use of technology tools and sometimes you will be travelling to other countries to meetings or trainings (Up to 25% of the time)
- Will support the creation of effective communication to advise top management decisions mainly during strategic planning process and during the Innovation cycle decisions as well as support the preparation of compelling documents to contribute to Strategy Formulation and to align key Stakeholders.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- 4+ year of experience in business strategy and analysis (which may include forecasting and financial analysis) ideally in the consumer goods sector or in strategy consultancy firms.
- Ability to nurture and influence the Latin America function with relevant transversal market/competitive insights integrated into a regional narrative and identify potential threats to our business and at the same time discard those turning into noise.
- Business acumen (econometric, financial, & macroeconomy theory applied to business) to be able to co-lead together with finance a comprehensive Regional Competitive analysis across FMCG and Beverages industries.
- Multi-country and multi-cultural market scope is highly desirable.
- Analytical skills and abstract creative thinking. Need to own a holistic perspective of the organizations processes, known how they connect and interact when making decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior management in a compelling way and influence others.
- Advanced level of English required. Adv. Level of Portuguese desirable
- Excellent analytic thinking, with the ability to deal with large and varied data sets.
- Advanced Excel required (including macros & pivot tables, look-up functions), modelling and forecasting.
- Bottling partners key data sources and recurring analysis methodologies
- Synthesis and storytelling to translate data and insights into powerful business stories
