Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of five restaurants and four bars, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.- Lead and motivate a diverse team of restaurant and bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.- Monitor inventory levels and control costs through effective ordering and inventory management practices.- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.- Maintain a strong focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in all F&B outlets.- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including revenue projections, budget variance analysis, and profit margins.- Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications:- Previous experience (minimum 5 years) in food and beverage management, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.- Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.- Extensive knowledge of F&B operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.- Experience working in Latin America, with a deep understanding of regional preferences and culinary trends.- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment. **The start date for this role is scheduled for June.
