Here we will tell you more about us and the role!As a **_FinOps Lead_**_,_ you will be part of a highly skilled technology and agile team by supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements. You will help us accelerate our customers' business results by innovating cutting-edge digital products.Some of your essential day-to-day job duties and responsibilities will include:- Analyze cloud spend across different services, particularly Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) resources, to identify potential cost savings and implement cost optimization actions.- Set and track budgets according to organizational needs, including by account, project, or cost center.- Implement and manage automated tools to identify cost trends and anomalies, and track budget performance against estimates.- Develop and manage financial and usage dashboards. Collaborate with financial teams on budget forecasting, tagging, and related FinOps-centric KPIs and SLA analytics.- Negotiate cost terms and contracts with hyperscaler vendors, particularly focusing on Azure.- Drive architectural discussions to ensure the most cost- efficient cloud usage choices and develop best practices for cloud cost management.**Our Requirement**:- 6+ years of proven experience in FinOps or technology related financial management roles.- Experience in leadership and team management.- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.- Strong skills in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to create comprehensive dashboards and reports for cloud spending and optimization.- Proficiency in using cloud cost management and optimization tools such as Cloudability, Spot.io, Densify, reserved.ai, and similar platforms.- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and Bash for automating tasks related to cloud cost management and reporting.- Experience implementing FinOps practices for cost optimization.- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to achieve financial and operational objectives.- Relevant certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Certification and FinOps Foundation Certified Practitioner, are a plus.- Great communication skills- B2+ english and great fluency**Why you will love working with us**:- Private medical insurance- Birthday day-off- Referral bonuses- Flexible work schedules and work patterns for a better work/life balance- Continuous technical training- Working in a Great Place To Work characterized by a horizontal and dynamic environment- Corporate recognition program- Career path that will allow you to grow with us.- Among others**About Encora**:Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions, with more than 9000 Encorians around the world.
