The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for all billing processing for the Aviation Segment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing of accounts payable invoices and AR invoices from suppliers and any source documents received for billing purposes including electronic uploads.
Verify all invoices with EIP system to determine if fueling was released by WFS

Organizing and validating the processed invoices and their backups for imaging purposes

Escalate to Senior Billing Coordinators or Supervisor any AP invoice that is not processed due to any issue.
Request ATF when necessary e.g.
when a fueling is released upon presentation of a valid fuel card.
