The Billing Coordinator at the department of UK, will be responsible for all billing processing for the Aviation Segment
The Billing Coordinator position for UK is responsible to handle the issues that come up every day with the tickets and invoices of our largest Customers. In this position we will be dealing directly with Vendor Reconciliation Team and the Sales Person for future approvals, queries and/or confirmations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing of accounts payable invoices and AR invoices from suppliers and any source documents received for billing purposes including electronic uploads.
- Verify all invoices with EIP system to determine if fueling was released by WFS
- Organizing and validating the processed invoices and their backups for imaging purposes
- Escalate to Supervisor any AP invoice that is not processed due to any issue.
- Request ATF when necessary e.g. when a fueling is released upon presentation of a valid fuel card. Those ATFSOs have to come with the respective approval of the Sales person and/or Customer when it is necessary.
- Printing Tickets & Invoices: Costa Rica's Team has to print all the tickets and Invoices sent by Vendor Rec Team and sent it directly by Supplier in order to process all of them during the Costa Rica's shift.
- Participation on the month-end closing process: Costa Rica's Team participates in the monthly close process that leads to the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly financial statements, to process all the transactions on time.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent English level (B2 or higher)
- 1 year of experience in similar position
- Must have polished communication skills with a strong sense of customer service
- Must be capable with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Must be able to work autonomously, as well as with team members, in a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-cultural environment
- Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
- Must have a well develop skill of attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
