The FinOps Coordinator II will be responsible for the billing processing for the Aviation Segment.
This position is responsible for handling the issues that come up every day with the tickets, reports and AP invoices from all Aviation Vendors to be billed to all different Aviation Customers.
This position will be dealing directly with Commercial and Operations teams to get the necessary approvals, queries and/or confirmations to properly process both the AP and AR invoices.
Also will be partnering with other functional areas (e.g.
Vendor Reconciliation) to get all the necessary information to complete their tasks around the billing process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Processing of accounts payable invoices and AR invoices from suppliers and any source documents received for billing purposes including electronic uploads.
Verify all invoices with EIP system to determine if fueling was released by WFS
Organizing and validating the processed invoices and their backups for imaging purposes
Escalate to Supervisor any AP invoice that is not processed due to any issue.
Request ATF when necessary e.g.
when a fueling is released upon presentation of a valid fuel card.
Those ATFSOs have to come with the respective approval of the Sales person and/or Customer when it is necessary.
Participation on the month-end closing process: Costa Rica's Team participates in the monthly close process that leads to the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly financial statements, to process all the transactions on time.
