**Responsibilities**:
- Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including:
- Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
- Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
- Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
- Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes.
- Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural "expert" representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
- May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
- Knowledge in Finance and/or accounting
- Excellent relational and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advance English
**Education**:
- Bachelors degree
As a part of the Citi Finance Policy Management team, led by the Citi Finance Policy Manager, this position will support the BAU ongoing review, maintenance, monitoring, and reporting for all global/NAM Finance-owned Policy Documents, as follows:
- Facilitate annual reviews of Policy Documents with Subject Matter Experts
- Maintain and track Citi Policy Directory Metadata; coordinate remediation of discrepancies or changes, as needed
- Update/maintain Finance Policy Document Inventory
- Coordinate the State of Risk metrics collection (breaches, waivers, dispensations) and SME attestations for ~100 Policy documents (monthly/quarterly)
- Review material, substantive and administrative Policy document changes and provide first-level feedback
- Publish Policy documents in the Citi Policy Directory
- Assist with designated Finance Policy Document approvers process through preparation, coordination, tracking, and documentation management
- Assist with review, preparation, and collation of required documents for Citi Policy Committee (CPC) submissions
- Provide inquiry support, as needed, to Finance Policy Document Owners, Principal Contacts, and SMEs
- Provide support for ad hoc analyses and initiatives relating to Finance Policy Management
