**Job Description**:
Partner effectively across the ECS finance team to support business initiatives, month end close including billing and forecasting, and internal information requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and seek to optimize efficiency and customer value in all financial/billing processes and business support functions.
- Fully understand all aspects of products and services, as well as product and technology solutions
- Partner with Experian's corporate finance and billing teams to meet deadlines for deliverables (internal and external) and evolve finance practices with digital finance and best-in-class solutions
- Enhance/automate finance and billing processes and challenge existing assumptions and methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in finance, including FP&A.
- Minimum of 4+ years related experience
- English fluency
- Experience with working in an offshore shared service center preferred
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting concepts for revenue and billing process.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques
- Have a growth mindset and promote continuous improvement / process efficiency
- Expert communicator across different audiences with varying degrees of technology proficiency
- A proven track record of partnering with the business to deliver significant financial outcomes
- You thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Highly motivated, self-starter who manages projects end-to-end and has a demonstrated track record of getting results, organizing and prioritizing deadlines
