Financial Analyst, Reconciliation Ii

Stronger together, we promote an environment where individuals can thrive.**Responsibilities**:- Contact all suppliers once a month for a copy of their statement, reconcile the supplier's statement against our aging report.- Resolve all outstanding items with suppliers.- Request credits or refunds from the supplier.- Give support to the billing department with the open cases that they may have with the supplier.- If a supplier is a prepayment account, give support making the payment amount request, and follow up the balance on each account.- Give support to the supplier with any query that they may have.**Requirements**:- 3 to 5 years' experience in financial analyst, accounting or related areas- Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting related degree.- Advanced English- Knowledge of Oracle and related programs- Advanced Excel (Forms / Pivots/ VLOOKUP's)
