Financial Analyst, Reconciliation Ii

Responsibilities· Contact all suppliers once a month for a copy of their statement, reconcile the supplier's statement against our aging report.· Resolve all outstanding items with suppliers.· Request credits or refunds from the supplier.· Give support to the billing department with the open cases that they may have with the supplier.· If a supplier is a prepayment account, give support making the payment amount request, and follow up the balance on each account.· Give support to the supplier with any query that they may have.Requirements:· 3 to 5 years' experience in financial analyst, accounting or related areas· Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting related degree.· Advanced English· Knowledge of Oracle and related programs· Advanced Excel (Forms / Pivots/ VLOOKUP's)Please note that by submitting an employment application you consent to World Fuel Services processing your information for this role and potentially for future employment opportunities, in accordance with applicable laws.To learn more about how we protect and/or process personal information, please visit the WFS Privacy Center at:
