Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
The primary responsibility of the Commissions Generalist is to ensure the most accurate calculation of variable compensation to be paid to the Sales Community members on a monthly basis, as well as partnering with different operational stakeholders for the P2P process and participating of different activities scoped within the Commissions Finance organization.

What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
- Complete the day-to-day activities for the assigned regions relating to the company sales compensation plans.
- Drive administration and implementation of financial controls to improve process effectiveness.
- Provide business partner support to regional Sales Operations and Finance to assist in driving business results.
- Responsible for the accuracy and deadline-based deliverables related to plan deployment and payroll submission.
- Generate ad-hoc reports periodically and participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
- Drive the integration of compensation processes related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing.
- Provide flexibility and adaptability to perform as required different tasks assigned by CF Management to maintain the operativity of the Commissions Finance organization.

The Commissions Finance Team is the key connecting point between Finance, Sales Operations, Global Incentives, and Field Sales teams.
We are professionals with advanced analytical skills, solid understanding of the sales compensation cycle, very detail-oriented individuals, and experienced communicators.
The Commissions Finance Team has worldwide responsibilities for managing the commissions plans and resulting earnings that get submitted to Payroll, administering the deployment of compensation plans to the Sales Field as well as consulting with the System Administration Team on the setup of the appropriate compensation framework.
Where is this role located?
America Free Zone, Heredia, Costa Rica
The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.
You will be expected to live within a reasonable non-daily commute of the office.
