**Job Summary**:
Calculates, develops and provides monthly calculations and reporting of the compensation plans assigned to each BPO business.
Acts as the front line person responsible of setting all process to be followed by the BPO vendors regarding metrics, goals and compensations plans.
Prepares and analyzes ad hoc operational or financial performance reports.
Provides summaries of data explaining cause and effect of business trends and anomalies and provides conclusions.
**Principal Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Calculate and analyze all compensations metrics for all BPO business.
(45%)
- Validates accuracy of reported values.
(10%)
- Responsible for setting up the processes to be followed by the BPO vendors.
(10%)
- Mid point of contact between the BPO units and Compensation team (5%)
- Performs operational analyses and ad hoc analyses for management (5%)
- Assists in preparation for management reviews and planning activities, as required (5%)

**Work Experience**:
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
**Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and/or Finance.
- Associate Degree required.
**Other Education / Certifications**:
- Basic knowledge of SAP Business preferred.
- Objects Business Intelligence Solutions preferred.
**Working Conditions**:
