TE Connectivity's Finance Teams are responsible for economic research, analysis of profit-and-loss income statements and preparation of reports on findings to make recommendations to management.
They generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, finance and other areas of business.
The Finance Teams also create financial models of "what if" scenarios to help future business planning decisions.
**What your background should look like**:
The purpose of this role is to provide Operations Finance, costing and analytical support to Medical Network sites.
The position will be focused on costing, variance analysis, monthly close, spend control, inventory analysis, as well as reporting and process improvements.
**Responsibilities**:

- Be a Subject Matter Expert for costing related topics.
- Support the site financially, including in areas of control environment, guide through a strong analysis the team to impact the results.
- Complete required close activities.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports required.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports generated through ERP systems, the accuracy of the std.
costing process and evaluation of manufacturing variances.
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives assuring the site net productivity goals.
- Ensure strong working knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing inputs to continuously improve performance benchmarks.
- Build strong relationship with key stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in different ERP's, std.
cost setting, variance analysis, FP&A (budgeting/forecasting).
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing environments (preferably in electronics or medical industries).
- Advanced English (written and Oral).
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams.
- Capable of working under high pressure and high accountability.
**Education and Experience**:
Undergraduate degree in Finance / Accounting
