This role will support the Citi Transformation LFO team, which supports Citi firm-wide Transformation to build a better bank.
The role will be responsible for the implementation of financial support across all the Citi Transformation initiatives.
Developing and implementing financial strategic support, from tracking and reporting to execution analytics and benefits realization.
This team works closely with Global Finance Transformation Office head, Corporate FP&A, Transformation Program Leads, Business CFOs, Finance Function heads and other seniors.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support & drive the transformation initiatives & projects.
- Drive project reviews to ensure alignment with the strategy.
This will include quickly learning details of multiple business processes.
In addition, the ability to think laterally and flexibly to understand business needs and opportunities as compared to current state and discuss/brainstorm these situations with business and technology partners.
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure consistent and effective execution of the project assigned across stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision making
- Overall management of the multiple high visible transformation efforts including strong governance / tracking of execution partnering with key stakeholders
- Work on adhoc request based on the business necessity
- Development of materials for review with Business, CAO office and senior management
- Drive standardization of processes including the identification of productivity and efficiency
- Trigger monthly reporting process, ensures platform availability and data quality & governance for Citi-Wide Investment tracking
- Focus of the team will be addressing adhoc strategic issues that are complementary to regular planning and analysis processes
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of work experience with significant part of that focused on Finance
- Background in Financial Planning and Business Analytics sought after.
Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive narratives
- Outstanding analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication, diplomacy & presentation skills required in order to guide and influence own team and colleagues in other areas
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in an ambiguous environment and work as a change leader
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables, excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of various parts of a project/initiative and following through until resolution.
