**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**
We are looking for a Finance Analyst who will bring innovation, creativity, and a good attitude to our team.
This position provides a good understanding of the team, plays a key part within the team, and offers tremendous growth opportunity.
This Finance Analyst role will support the team ensuring an accurate, robust, and controlled information management.
**Reports to**:Finance Associate Manager
**Reporting Level**:Non**-**Managerial
**Geographic Scope**:Americas
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Prepare Operations overheads monthly analysis and follow up with key stakeholders on main variances.
- Support preparation of Business Cases (by project, by area).
- Prepare documentation for Operations account analysis.
- Prepare all product materials variance analysis, providing preliminary results to the Sr. team.
- Prepare and follow up of key performance indicators for Operations teams.
- Support Supply Chain Finance department with derivables.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders the main assumptions input in the system for forecast purpose.
- Prepare analytics to the organization that highlights business risks and opportunities.
- Support identification of best practices and standardize where possible.
- Responsible for performance and documentation of various internal controls.
- Assist/lead special projects as needed.
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
**
- Do you have 2 year of experience experience in in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Commercial/Operations related?
- Do you have experience using of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills?
- Do you have an advance English level?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
**Education / Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related area.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Commercial/Operations related.
**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of finance / analytics.
- Demonstrate basis commercial and operations finance acumen.
- Ability to perform under pressure and navigate through ambiguity.
- Capacity for innovation.
- High proficiency in PC skills and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to think strategically, with strong influencing and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions, use good judgment, and ask relevant questions.
- High sense of urgency, work ethic, and must be flexible.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision; must be a self-starter.
- Must demonstrate financial responsibility and reliability.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to challenge the status quo as necessary.
