WHAT YOU'LL DO Process and deliver financial transaction services to North America Regional finance teams, as part of a growing Shared Services team. This position is for a highly-motivated, analytical, self-starting individual with working knowledge of accounts payable, financial and business reporting. The focus of this role will be primarily in the areas of Timesheet compliance within Infor time and expense tool, accounts payable and maintenance of employee profiles within the finance system. This role will also participate in special projects and initiatives to optimize the performance of current capabilities. The position is an integral part of the finance team and functions as a shared service under the guidance of a Shared Services Finance Manager. YOU'RE GOOD AT Time & Billing System Management Maintain employee records (new hires, promotions, terminations, and all others), liaising with Human Resources teams to ensure finance and HR systems are aligned. Partner with Finance teams to process and monitor capacity changes to ensure accurate revenue reporting. Identify and implement operational process and productivity improvements to enhance controls and ensure data integrity. Process, reconcile, and ensure the accuracy of all other employee transactions within the system as requested. Process reclassifications and deductions of expenses in the Time & Billing System. Infor (Time & Expense) System Management Subject matter expert on the Infor system, timesheet protocols, and expense policies. Process Time and Expense corrections as needed, based on guidance from local finance teams and Expense Audit teams. Audit timesheets submitted in the Infor System for revenue recognition purposes. Reporting Activities Work on reporting of revenue changes using MS Excel. Update internal databases utilizing MS Excel for timesheet audit purposes. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) B.A./B.S. degree in accounting or finance with 3-5 years of business experience preferred, or equivalent experience High level of competency with computing tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and system applications (e.g. Oracle or SAP) Analytical proficiency with strong business/accounting/financial management background Members of our finance team are responsible for preserving the intellectual capital, assets, and integrity of BCG.
