**Responsibilities**:
- Support the analysis and submission of reports to various constituencies (local regulators, SEC, Fed, OCC, etc.) based on requirements such as US GAAP, US Regulatory, and local statutory reporting
- Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropriate required adjustment entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period
- Instill operational discipline into existing team processes

**Qualifications**:
- 6-10 years of experience in Financial Services preferred
- 8 + Years of financial reporting experience
- Global Project Management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Citi reporting systems preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

The Personal Banking Wealth Management and Legacy Franchises (PBWM and LF) Controller Finance Reporting Lead Analyst position is responsible for Forms 10-Q/10-K analysis review and challenge of quarterly forecast (QMMF), new activities review, and other reporting in coordination with the Finance teams. Additionally, the Finance Reporting Lead Analyst implements new GAAP reporting requirements, control procedures, managed segment infrastructure to accurately prepare information required for external and internal financial reporting and analysis. The overall objective of this role is to ensure business/department financials are prepared and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure complete and accurate financial information is provided for Citi's external consumer disclosures under the 10-Q and 10-K Forms, and Financial Supplement
- Coordinate review and challenge of the capital and business planning processes across Comprehensive Capital Analysis Review/ Dodd-Frank Act Stress Tests (CCAR/DFAST) and Quarterly Multi-Year forecasting (QMMF) process at Citigroup and CBNA level across PBWM and LF as applicable
- Centrally coordinate PBWM New Activities (formerly CPAC) reviews. Work with Finance, Risk and Business functions to review new Consumer products and services for companywide approval
- Coordinate and update PBWM and LF details for the internal Monthly Balance Sheet Risk Review, which is presented to Citigroup Controller/CAO every month (at a Total Citi level).
- Consolidate PBWM and LF commentary for the Monthly Supplement file, a process centralized by the SEC Reporting team.
- Assist with the review of BAU and/or functional requests in DSMT, impacting PBWM or LF managed segments.
- Centrally coordinate all PBWM and LF reporting-related inquiries. Work with regional and business controllers to resolve issues and ensure consistency across PBWM and LF.
- Develop and implement new reporting disclosures based on new accounting guidance or significant events during the quarter.
- Continually refine processes and identify opportunities to automate and lead global project implementations for the PBWM and LF Controllers Organization: Lead project implementation; Ensure standardization across disclosures/reporting; Perform deep dives into existing corporate & regulatory reporting to identify opportunities to automate
- Controller review of reserves (Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL), Risk Adequacy Management (RAM), Rewards, Litigation etc.)
- Assess impacts of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and firm or business unit strategy to the reporting infrastructure.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within Finance and how they interact to achieve the goals of the Finance department
