Finance Reporting Analyst - Assurance Latam - C11

The Finance Reporting Analyst is responsible for the generation, tracking and submission of financial reports in coordination with the Finance Team.
The function is an Assurance Analyst in Latam, acting as a primary reviewer of total Country / Cluster results

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting & Analysis:
a.
Preparation of Pearl Standard Reports / Analytical package

b. Analyze financials results and provide insight with reference to internal and external drivers

c. Ad hoc reports

Results:
a.
Primary review of USGAAP revenues/ expenses/Balance Sheet bookings in specific country/cluster

Interaction:
a.
Interact with Country, Regional, O&T controllers and FP&A / PCG / Ops for communication of business events, changes, other updates and reviews of results

b.
Communicate financial results, variance explanations, and insights to Controllers and FP&A.
Shares analysis and insight with country finance

c. Works in partnership with FP&A to provide input on actuals to the business

d. Interaction with Accounting Policy and New Product Approval Committees

e. Interaction with country finance and other FRSS Products

Assurance:
a.
Owns the final controls over the accuracy and integrity of actual results.
b. Assesses issues and originates/approves one time adjustments based on issues identified by CAA or finance (e.g.
regional controller or corporate reporting).
c. Facilitate the collection, review and validation of Functional Transfers.
Review & Sign Off of post Functional results.
Controls:
a.Owns, maintains, and monitors the controls / MCA over the accuracy and integrity of financial results

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of previous experience required
- PEARL and Fullsuite Reporting experience preferred
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate English level
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
