**Position Overview**
The Finance Planning Manager will collaborate with networked teams across Platform Services and LATAM Business Unit.
Support the Service Deliver Lead to orchestrate critical projects to deliver our agenda's objectives.
The role will help to:
- Standardize and automate Volume reporting and support our new Top Line Forecasting (TFS) tool deployment across LATAM
- Align LATAM planning tools and processes to the global North Star working across the Financial Services RTF Finance hub and together with the LATAM franchise teams working as a true network enabler & change agent.
- Supports LATAM Service Delivery Lead in delivering the end-to-end performance and management reporting, Rolling Estimate, Business Plan, and P&L for LAOU.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant financial experience with a large global company and manufacturing or supply chain experience preferred
- Strong organizational and planning abilities, teamwork, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and execute strategies.
- Change management leadership across multiple business functions with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving skills - the ability to explore strategic options, develop creative solutions to complex business issues, and/or support decision-making.
**What You'll Do for Us**
- Collaborative business partnership with operating units to develop and execute RTF support to drive decision-making.
- Leverage analysis and insights produced by Platform Services, Operating Units, and Functions and produce ad-hoc analysis required to support rotating priorities whether specific initiatives i.e.
Project / Ad-hoc base within FP&A or other Functions/Departments or a specific process e.g.
Planning Process, Quarter-end Process, Rolling Estimate Process.
