Eaton's EPG LAC Latin AmericaCaribbean Division division is currently seeking a Finance Manager (FP&A).
**What you'll do**:
The FP&A Manager has financial planning and reporting responsibility for Central America and the Caribbean. Role responsibilities include forecasting, reactive and proactive analysis of results, presentation to senior leadership, coordination of internal controls and coordination of sector requests into communication, direction and guidance to the plants and support teams. The role provides accounting analysis and support to both finance and non-finance personnel and is also responsible for planning and control of the business ledgers. The FP&A manager takes a lead role in the continuous improvement process within his department. This leader needs to be well versed with corporate financial policy and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
A. Provide financial analysis and assistance to the Controller CAC through an in-depth understanding of company accounting policies and practices and business operations.
B. Analyze and determine cause of period to period changes and provide other relevant financial analysis of the business.
C. Report, analyze and verify accuracy of financials
D. Lead and direct monthly closings and the forecasting process.
E. Assist with the preparation of profit plan, strategic plan, operating reviews, and reporting of financial data and analysis.
F. Provide a monthly financial reporting / forecast package directly to management
G. Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure proper reserves on all accounts.
H. Lead and perform special projects as needed.
I. Support pricing controlling, quoting and analysis of sales and profit mix.
J. Lead the implementation of SAP for process under scope including financial reporting and analysis.

**Qualifications**:
**Education level required**
- Bachelor degree in a relevant area such as Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or extensive experience in role
- Master degree in Finance preferred.
**Years and area of experience**
- Five years minimum experience in preferably Multinational Companies, with manufacturing and Integrated ERPs.
**Skills**:
**Technical knowledge**
- English language at upper intermediate level (B2)
- Computer skills (ERPs, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Power BI and tools of finance consolidation is desirable
- Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes & Oxley), IFRS, USGAAP
**Soft skills**
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively, lead and develop Finance organization (BOC), work under pressure and tight deadlines, influence positively peers and employees.
