**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare regional consolidated financial statements (North and South America, UK, South East Asia).
- Responsible for handling intercompany transactions accounting.
- Participate in accounting processes, policy, internal control improvement projects.
- Work closely with accounting team to ensure timely and accurate month end close.
- Participate in historical accounting reconciliation/clean up.
- Participate in the annual audit of the group, QA audit deliverables.
- Produce monthly financial result analysis including YOY and budget vs actual analysis, etc
- Prepare monthly/quarterly review and other presentation materials
- Lead the development of annual budget and forecast.
- Participate in accounting/FP&A system implementation and improvements.
- Responsible for tax-related matters.
- Other ad-hoc analysis and projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting management, and/or at least 3 years of experience in a CPA firm.
- CPA qualification is required.
- Over 3 years of experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
- Over 3 years of budget management experience.
- Over 3 years of experience in preparing intercompany transactions.
- Familiar with financial accounting standards and understanding of tax policies.
- Proficient in SAP, QuickBooks, MS Dynamics and other leading accounting software.
- Proficient in FP&A systems such as Planful, Workday Adaptive Planning, Hyperion etc.
- Experience in implementing accounting/planning system is a plus.
- Proficient in using Excel and other office software for data analysis.
- Excellent communication,** English B2+ or higher** and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, strong learning and understanding abilities.
- Highly responsible and team oriented.
- Experience of working in a multinational organization is a plus.
- Proficient in Mandarin is a big plus.
