**Job Description**:
**Finance Manager - EITS Costing and Allocations FP&A Manager**
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Manager. This role will be responsible for leading the costing and allocation production process for Experian IT Services (EITS). This function ensures that technology services are costed accurately and billed to internal service consumers, while providing high-quality management information and analytics to support the function. Expertise in IT costing, chargebacks and financial planning will be critical to the success of this position.
- Lead EITS service costing and charging and related processes
- Develop and maintain EITS service catalogue, ensuring that this is in-line with industry best practice
- Lead EITS service billing processes, ensuring that all EITS costs are charged to internal partners in-line with service consumption and leveraging appropriate commercial principles
- Provide high-quality management information and analytics to support re-charge of technology costs to internal partners
- Lead strategic and annual financial planning processes for EITS / EGSO services. ensuring that robust multi-view of services and re-charge budgets are prepared, syndicated, reviewed and approved by senior leadership
- Support the design and implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM) strategy for Experian and related process changes required to achieve best-in-class approach to technology spend management
- Provide support to internal partners in interrogating and understanding their monthly technology bills, including proactive identification of cost optimization opportunities
- Drive EITS organization to achieve best-in-class cost performance through leveraging TBM principles to achieve rigorous cost discipline
- Act as a TBM evangelist. ensuring that Experian has best-in-class approach to technology cost management and continues to drive innovation in this discipline
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications are preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in financial services or related industry in a technology finance role
- Proficiency in Hyperion Essbase; superior Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Alteryx is preferred
- Highly analytical mindset and strong attention to detail, capable of working with financial datasets the encompass multiple variables (region, currencies, cost categories etc.) and adept at identifying trends and anomalies
- Prior experience experience in forecast and budget processes relating to IT volume demand
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex financial information in clear and concise manner
- Ability to work under to tight deadlines and prioritise competing deliverables
- Project Management abilities
- A continuous improvement approach, striving to improve processes and champion better ways of working
- An enquiring mind willing to challenge the status quo and don't always accept things at face value
