The Finance Controller - Above Countries provides support to the Controlling Team in the delivery of a complete, accurate, compliant, and timely set of entity corporate reporting for a given set of markets, ensuring that monthly and close activities are carried out in a robust and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Controllership activities.
- Provide oversight & direction for all aspects of the financial month end review process, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Operating Assets and HC reporting requirements.
- Review Balance Sheet Reconciliations, drive quality and resolution of open items, assess BS healthiness and surface risks to be addressed.
- Produce routine analyses, schedules, and summaries for key stakeholders.
- Support comments monthly process with quality and the right business insights
- Consolidation, analysis, and interpretation of market results at Latam level.
- Review the documentation for certain month-end control process, ensuring full compliance with SOX requirements.
- Prepare audit deliverables as required.
- Lead to standardization and process improvements for C&C Latam cluster.
- Lead Cluster initiatives to improve financial agenda and special projects.
- Drive individual and team performance, recruitment of staff at the required skills and experience.
- Develop / coach / mentor team members and create strong succession plans for key roles while fostering engagement and motivation in the team.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) or advanced level in career.
- Advanced English Level.
- Experience in similar role for at least 3 years
