Join our team! The Finance Commissions Senior Analyst is a key contributor in the evolution of our commission systems. This role is responsible for supporting initiatives that enhance the commission processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals, and improving the experience for sales professionals.
**About the Role**
In this opportunity as a **Finance Commissions Senior Analys** you will:
- Document process and requirements to support commission systems and strategic projects.Collaborate with strategic partners.
- Document requirements for process improvements for the COE, focusing on simplification and efficiency.
- Liaise with technology leads to provide thorough and accurate requirements.
- Assess ad hoc change requests from partners to advise on options and implement.
- Execute communication of requirements and change management to support system adoption.Essential Functions:
- Coordinate with key partners to define and refine requirements for commission-related initiatives.
- Analyze financial system data to facilitate accurate revenue/enterprise book of business tracking.
- Participate in discovery sessions affecting commission data within enterprise systems (order-to-cash, S4/Hana).
- Champion data harmonization efforts, aiming to reduce complexity.
- Provide consultative support regarding system changes that affect commission processes.
- Oversee change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and user acceptance.
**About You**
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's or master's in finance or any other equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 3-5+ years overall finance experience. 2+ years process documentation.
- Fluent English.
- Solid understanding of Thomson Reuters order processing systems and order data sources.
- Experience of business requirements gathering assessment and documentation
- Demonstrated interest in understanding lead to cash activity, how this reflects in our systems and the impact it has on our data.
- Negotiation skills to balance project delivery with expectations of stakeholders.
