Finance Automation Expert you will play a key role in the success of our organization.
Acting as communicator, facilitator, and mediator to seek out the best ways to improve our processes and increase effectiveness through technology, analytic solutions, and automation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new dashboards and identify/execute automation opportunities on the processes.
- Perform data integrity / sanity checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of reports used by the team.
- Actively participate in improving our team's performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity, as appropriate.
- Proactively escalate issues and problems appropriately to management to mitigate risks.
- Leverage design thinking and seek stakeholders feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Support the development of your peers and colleagues by providing guidance, training, coaching, and feedback.
- Dig into the root cause of issues, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve the customer experience and operational efficiencies.
- Communicate and collaborate with global partners, regions, and countries.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience designing and developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools (proficiency with Power BI a must).
- Advanced Excel
- Ability to understand and create SQL/VBA queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Able to work both alone to analyze findings as well as as a member of a team to work.
- Experience communicating with both internal and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates the highest levels of ownership and responsibility.
- Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience supporting Operational teams
- Experience with Continuous improvement and project management methodologies (SCRUM, AGILE, Six Sigma, etc.)
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Mathematics, etc.
