The JLL FP&A team works collaboratively with our finance partners for each Function/Business Line as well as corporate segment.A clear communicator both verbal and written, organized with effective time management skills, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt, with the highest standards of behavior, collaborative manner, and work ethic.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:Produce Monthly Financials Statements and BL's activity reportsReconcile Financial Statement Accounts and ProjectsPrepare budget and forecastPerform Variance & Metrics Analysis ReportingCompliance to Local Enabling AgreementsEnsure Statutory Regulation Compliance from Clients and VendorsPrepare Monthly BillingsManaging Cash Flow and ReceivablesPrepare, Review & Post Journal EntriesPrepare & Track AccrualsRecord Receipts & ReceivablesRequest Vendors' Check RunsSpecial Analysis and Projects as neededParticipate in the development and distribution of best practices, process documentation, and user support materials for data management toolsCollaborate with team to share and improve technical skillsFoster a collaborative and high-performing work environment,Stay updated with the latest developments in financial analysis and reporting practices, tools, and regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant standards**Qualifications**:4+ years of accounting experience in general.2+ years of FP&A experience.Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial analysis into strategic recommendations.Excellent proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software) and familiarity with ERP systems.
