We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and creative **Financial Analyst** to support our company in the Financial functions. You will be part of our Noventiq Costa Rica team.
**Mission**:
- We are looking for Financial Analyst to join our team and collaborate in the business process improvement and maintain the tools that will handle requests for bills, payments and general accounting, also to generate Excel reports._
**Responsibilities**:
- Issue invoices and Credit Notes to customers.
- Update customer master file with pertinent information.
- Manage the collection of accounts in an assigned to ensure compliance with payment terms and credit limits utilizing ERP.
- Ensure all Inventory reports generated are accurate, complete, and reconcile to the General Ledger.
- Provide support in accounting processes during the monthly closing and monthly reconciliations.
- Generate Excel reports from the database.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Minimum 2 years holding similar positions.
- Experience with NetSuite or ERP knowledge
- Communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Excel.
- English.
- Certified Private Accountant (CPI) license.
