**Introduction**
As a Finance & Accounting Team Lead you'll be a trusted business advisor.
You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business.
You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.
**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Helps in the monitoring and control of internal KPIs, performs Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of potential issues impacting indicators.
- Serves as the first level of escalation for the Integrated Help Desk (IHD) analysts where the client and L2 processing/payment escalation path has been exhausted.
- Resolving customer questions or complaints and developing programs while co-working with client and suppliers to resolve complex issues.
- Conducts supplier meetings to address portolio challenges with potential impact on the delivery.
- Review and validate Client Satisfaction (CSAT) reports & advice TLs on areas of improvement.
- Works with SME to address client-specific issues or escalations upon complexity or impact.
- Creates and designs reporting/dashboards that brings data insights for client and management decision making.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 2-3 years in Finance and Payables experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; able to manipulate data in spreadsheets and create reports.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Stakeholder management experience
