**Job Title: Field Supervisor with construction experience**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, review, and ensure corrections to drawings are completed for all construction documents.
- Field supervision to achieve the expected quality for Discovery Land products. (Developer product, amenities, etc)
- Review scopes/budgets and ensure that all is covered.
- Elaborate change orders along with the cost controller.
- Work with the contractors to develop detailed schedules and to track progress.
- Manage Changes in the scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Manage submittals and monitor RFI logs.
- Tracking on Procore to review and ensure we have the most current information on the field.
- Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively
- Ensure that all projects are finished on time within scope and within budget.
- Elaborate on weekly and monthly construction reports.
- Meet with individual team members to find and fix any issues
- Establish and maintain relationships with consultants, designers, and contractors.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project information and documentation.
