Job description Cornerstone Building Brands is looking for a Field Service Representative to join its Field Service team.This role is a remote position and can be based anywhere in Costa Rica.Our Field Service Representatives are involved with the day-to-day activities of providing and maintaining customer relations through timely and thorough responses to all post-shipment inquiries.
Provide feedback and data of all reoccurring issuesProvide a strong focus of customer service with timely responses regarding inquiries from Builder organizationDevelop and maintain customer relations by seeking customer feedback, both external and internal, to ensure continuous improvement takes places to improve overall performanceCommunicate/coordinate technical issues in support of customer needsUndertaking all customer support tasks in external facilitiesGuaranteeing that the work progress accurately follows the agendaPerform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issuesProduce frequent and analytical service reportsCoordinate with departments for root cause and/or solutions in support of customer needs.Discern customer needs and offer advice or recommendationsFormulate relationships of trust with customers Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent experience requiredTechnical education, certification or experience preferredMust have knowledge of?PEMB and the ability to read blueprintsPrefer previous experience in at least two of the following areasPrevious building erection experience (5+ years)Previous experience in the PEMB industry performing drafting or engineering tasks (5+ years)Previous experience in PEMB manufacturing (5+ years)Previous Field Service/Customer Service experience (5+ years)PEMB experience is highly desiredPC competent (including Excel, Word, and Access)Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
