Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Install, test, and commission new equipment at customer's sites
- Carry out equipment assembly, servicing, trouble-shooting, repair, upgrade and preventive maintenance
- Perform other technical tasks as assigned
- Provide and maintain good customer service to customers

**Requirements**:

- National Certificate in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or higher
- At least 2 years' hands-on experience in equipment servicing and repair
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to write simple reports in English
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
- Possess a positive work attitude and eager to learn new skill(s)
- Possess a good problem-solving skill
- Able to work under tight schedules
- Able to work after office hours when required
- Able to go on business trip (domestic/international) within short notice when it is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office suite

**Salary**: ¢1,800,000.00 - ¢2,020,000.00 per month
