**About the role**:
The Front End Engineer - Page Builder will work with the eCommerce team to design, build and manage reusable page templates in our CMS so that our eCommerce team can quickly and easily edit content, images, and style across various eCommerce pages. We are in the online education business for the fitness industry - so tasks can range from designing new page templates to ensuring consistency of reusable components across page templates.
**This is a Temporary role for 3 months**
**Essential duties and job responsibilities**:
- Design, build and manage page templates in our CMS which the eCommerce team will use to drive compelling and differentiated customer experiences. These templates will consist of page constructs as well as atomic content pulled from the DAM.
- Ensure that reusable components are leveraged in the page templates. Maintain style and component consistency between pages and page templates. Work with Designers to leverage shared CSS libraries. Work with the Component Builder to catalog and implement reusable components into the page templates that will be published during the static site generation and deployment. Maintain publication workflows.
- Work with the eCommerce team to help solve difficult page layout decisions and maintain the CMS to ensure the content models are configured to support our fully headless eCommerce environment.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience designing reusable pages with pre-defined component libraries.
- Expert knowledge of CMS Content Authoring using **Contentful (must)**.
- Experience with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with modern version control systems principles and tools (Git, Gitlab, Bitbucket).
- Experience working within an Agile development team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication skills - written, visual, verbal (C1)!
- Proven ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Exceptional self-direction and project management skills.
