**Responsibilities**
- Drive the quarterly, and annually budgeting process across the region by actively partnering with site leaders and other stakeholders to create a robust and reliable financial plan.
- Monitor weekly and monthly Site performance and manage the internal reporting process of results.
- Partner with the finance operation teams (Local Finance/RtR/OtC/ItP) to ensure accuracy and reasonability of monthly financial statements.
Prepare monthly financial packets required for management communications (actual results, future expectations, budget risk/opportunities, P&L / BS performance).
- Maintain the KOB reporting process of actuals and forecast by partnering with business leaders across the region.
This includes being the main point of contact between BU HQ and World Area.
- Prepare and coordinate all the BU HQ and WA financial requests acting as a liaison between the Business Unit and the Region.
- Actively participate in the monthly S&OP process, driving communication among functional teams, supporting data gathering, providing analytics, and managing the reporting.
- Actively collaborate in shared processes at the FCTL level in coordination with other team members.
- Perform ad-hoc requirements such as financial modeling, scenario analysis, pricing analysis and other financial requirements to support management decision making process.
Appropriately assess risk and highlight mitigation actions.
- Support Finance BI initiatives by leveraging BI tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc)
- Perform special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
This includes identifying opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Educational Qualifications: BA / BS in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5-7 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
Accounting or Finance License a plus.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) with Power BI knowledge being a plus but not required.
- Oracle and Hyperion knowledge is a plus but not required.
- English, written and verbal, is required.
- Key competencies desired: dealing with ambiguity, drives for results and collaboration.
Must be willing to do some travel and work in a multi-cultural environment.
